Jack Evans

PTA

Jack has been a lifelong resident of the North Country area and received his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from SUNY Canton in 2025. Jack’s special interests include post-operative care and sports injuries. Jack plans to work towards a personal trainer certification while working at BCPT.

Jack discovered physical therapy in his second year of college as it aligned with his interests of training/rehabilitation and anatomy. Instructing people to learn new exercises and become stronger and more independent is a rewarding aspect of his physical therapy career. He enjoys getting to assist people in his community to improve their quality of life and get back to the things in life they enjoy.

Hobbies and Interests:

Jack in his freetime enjoys staying active, playing basketball, hiking, skateboarding and swimming. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
